Mr. Cartier is a Partner at Searchlight and leads Searchlight’s value creation efforts in Europe. Since joining Searchlight in 2021 he has spent time collaborating closely with mgmt. teams to define portfolio company strategy, help orchestrate execution and bring in world class talent. Prior to Searchlight, Mr. Cartier was a Partner at Bain & Company for 14 years across the London, Madrid, Amsterdam and Copenhagen offices where he worked on both private equity and listed companies across strategy, end to end execution of radical transformations, mergers/carve-outs and due diligence. Mr. Cartier received an MEng from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
